This will be a new space created with HVAC supplied from new reheat coils, new electrical distribution, new sprinkler and fire alarm, custom millwork, custom finishes and storefront glazing system. Each classroom boasts 18 foot high ceilings with custom woodwork that matches the original trim in the space. The existing roll up doors that had not been used in almost a century were removed, refurbished and re-installed for daily use. LSN converted what used to be a full service chemistry lab into new office space needed for staff.

This 9,000 sq ft new construction facility is the main office for all 137 Presbyterian Churches within the Region. LSN has been awarded the Historical Excellence Award for the work completed on the Arch Street DayCare Facility. The space was part of the Presbyterian Church located at 18th & Arch Streets in Philadelphia that had not been used in over 90 years.
This quality is maintained by our foremen and field personnel to make sure the end result is as intended. It's digitally cut and hand painted, in a beautiful font adorned with metal chicken wire holder on the front. The chicken wire holder catches bottle caps or can be used a daily organizer. LSN recently renovated an existing space within Rock Hall to accommodate the Dean's new office and conference center. LSN was responsible for all Demolition, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Flooring, Painting, Doors, Frames & Hardware and Carpentry for the project.
